Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has what appeared to be a 50' or better flat-screen TV in the rooms with the largest window, making it comfortable and quiet. The service is amazing, with very professional and truly friendly staff. The location is perfect as a base to explore the city center, right in the heart of Strasbourg. The dining experience is outstanding with an enormous selection, and the facilities are top-notch.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern with exposed beams and access to a balcony that overlooked the picturesque courtyard. The service was incredibly friendly and informative, making me feel truly welcomed. The location was fabulous, just a short walk away from the cathedral and the old city. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of pastries, juices, fish, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, sausages, meats, eggs, and more. The ambiance was just perfect for a relaxing meal.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very good, but the noise from the nearby school was a bit of a downside. The service was extremely pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the historical center while being away from the rush and noise. The dining experience was brilliant, although a bit expensive. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I fell in love with the hotel's blend of modernity and rustic charm, making it truly special. My room featured a huge bay window with a view of the courtyard; however, some friends had smaller ones. It could benefit from more lighting for a cosier ambiance. The service was overall great, although the front desk tried upselling an expensive breakfast. The location couldn't have been better, just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral, a perfect retreat from the city rush. The dining experience surpassed all my European breakfast encounters, rich and delicious.
I loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel, especially its close proximity to the main sightseeing spots and good restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. However, the noise from people outside could be disruptive at times. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is ideally situated near the historical center, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle. The rooms are cozy and well-furnished, although the small toilet can be a bit cramped. The service is top-notch, with a variety of healthy options and attentive staff. The location is superb, being close to major attractions in Strasbourg, although it lacks ample natural lighting. The dining experience is exceptional, offering a rich menu at a reasonable price. Despite these positives, some rooms could benefit from additional lighting and larger toilets.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms opened out onto the timbered courtyard balcony just across the street from the old city center, offering some character but with room for improvement. The service was professional overall, with insightful historical information shared during check-in, but there were lapses in assistance from certain staff members. The location couldn't be better, at the heart of Strasbourg near the cathedral, offering a blend of historical charm and convenience. The dining was delightful with a rich variety at a reasonable cost. However, the morning staff's attitude was a downside. Ultimately, the stay offered a blend of positives and negatives worth considering.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, just across the street from the old center of the city. The room had a very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom with a bathtub, complete with robes, slippers, and all the amenities you could think of. However, some staff members were not as accommodating as others, which was a downside. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel has exceptional courtyard views and large bay windows, adding to the charm of the old building. The rooms, although spacious, had a major design fault in the bathroom. The service was so friendly and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the main tourist area, providing a quiet retreat. The dining experience was exceptionally good with a large choice of food and beverages.
